Role Overview:
As the Design Manager, you will oversee a team of Art Workers and Design Engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality design projects. You will be responsible for managing the design process from concept to completion, maintaining our corporate artwork style, and ensuring our brands remain fresh and relevant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the design team, providing guidance and support.
- Liaise with licensors and customers on design and approvals.
- Participate in staff reviews, events, and development activities.
- Develop and maintain a corporate artwork style in line with our identity guidelines.
- Contribute to artwork projects with planning and coordination, engaging key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong management experience with a proven track record of managing small to medium-sized design teams.
- Extensive knowledge of design projects, artwork, design concepts, licenses, labelling, branding, style guides, packaging design, and product design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) in a Mac environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm with a 45-minute lunch break.
