Responsibilities
As a Support worker (with personal care) you should hold our Making Space values in your heart. You must be able to connect with individuals on a deep level, providing them with customised care, and helping them achieve their individual goals.
You will be assisting individuals with personal hygiene, grooming and dressing, empowering them to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. A kind understanding and flexible approach to your work is needed as you will also provide emotional support and encouragement to help these individuals build their confidence and self –esteem.

On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
