We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Patient Accounts Officer to join our Parkside Hospital team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in the billing process, contributing directly to the patient experience and the success of our services.
As a Patient Account Officer, You Will
- Assist the supervisor and management of Salesforce queues
- Liaise with hospital teams to resolve billing issues and escalate when required
- Manage billing queries through the effective use of agreed procedures and in co-ordination with the customer services team.
- Propose improvements and seek opportunities to optimise ways of working within the team.
