We have an opportunity available for a Full Time Support Worker Waking Nights to join the team at Swallow Lodge based in Lincolnshire, LN6 8UZ.
Salary: £12.60 hourly
Hours: 35 weekly

Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work with adults living with various conditions including LD, dementia, mental health and other physical conditions on a person-centred basis. You will be there to ensure that residents are involved in all decisions regarding their care, and you will help encourage and develop new skills through a variety of different activities. In this role, you will work waking nights and be responsible for providing excellent care to your residents. Your duties will include administering medication, carrying out personal care tasks, conducting security checks, and performing domestic tasks. You will play a vital role in ensuring that your residents are safe, comfortable, and most importantly happy. This is a truly rewarding role that requires energy, compassion and a passion for helping others. You will be working as part of a supportive team of professionals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of those they support. You will have access to ongoing training and development, allowing you to grow in your role and build a fulfilling career.
Qualifications
It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
