We have an opportunity available for a Part Time Support Worker - Waking Nights to join the team at Limes Place based in Lancashire, BB8 9FB.

Salary: Β£12.60 hourly

Hours: 30 weekly on a 12 month fixed term contract

Responsibilities:

  • Work with adults living with various conditions including LD, dementia, mental health and other physical conditions on a person-centred basis.
  • Ensure that residents are involved in all decisions regarding their care.
  • Encourage and develop new skills through a variety of different activities.
  • Provide excellent care to your residents during waking nights.
  • Administer medication, carry out personal care tasks, conduct security checks, and perform domestic tasks.
  • Ensure that your residents are safe, comfortable, and happy.

Qualifications:

Ideally we are looking for applicants that have experience with mental health and working in a care setting including practical experience of providing housing-related support. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role. We are seeking individuals who can showcase that their personal values align with ours here at Making Space.
