Role Info:

Operations Director
Old Street, London Office Based 3 Days Per Week / Hybrid Working
c£80,000 – £90,000
Plus Benefits, social events and activities
Full Time – Permanent
Hours: 9am/10am – 5pm/6pm
Reports To: Managing Director

Your Background / Skills: Tech Agency Operations Leadership, Process Improvement, Resource & Budget Management, Vendor Management, Growth Focused.

Where you come in:

As Operations Director, you will oversee and optimise the day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring all processes and workflows align with strategic objectives. You will drive operational efficiency, improve productivity, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier services to clients.

About You:

You:

  1. Have experience working with big customers in the media or sports sectors.
  2. Have a strong network of trusted partners that could add value to the services we deliver.
  3. Are happy to be in the office for the majority of the week with the team.
  4. Are passionate about music, gaming, TV, or sports.
  5. Want to work in a fast-paced environment, within a team that’s constantly pushing tech boundaries.

Skills:

  1. Proven experience in a senior operations role, within an agency or related industry.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  3. Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, project management, and resource optimisation.
  4. Experience in implementing processes that help companies grow in revenue.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  6. Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasts.
  7. Familiarity with industry tools and technologies that streamline operations.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
