Our client is a small, established, design-led studio located in Shoreditch and working on a number of exciting projects and offering hybrid working. As a member of the design team, you will assist with the overall development and implementation of multiple projects, under the guidance of the Project Leader and along with the support of your team. Candidates will need 4 or 5 years of UK-based experience working on high-end residential projects, and you will need to be proficient in ArchiCAD and AutoCAD. Architectural Technicians will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Under the guidance of the project leader, accurately prepare and develop drawings, models, images and other documents relating to the project.
- Develop, as directed, representations of design options for further discussion by the design team.
- Independently ensure all work is adequately checked by the project leader before issued to senior project team members and external parties.
- Actively shadow the work of the Associates and Directors in order to develop the skills to progress to those roles in the future.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the office.

- Able to take and implement instructions and targets from project leader.
- Willingness to assist and support other team members as well as a willingness to receive assistance and support from other team members.

Qualifications / Skills:
- Part 3 taken in the UK.
- 4-5 years experience in high end residential work.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD as an essential.
- An understanding of the following software programmes (AutoCAD, Sketchup, PhotoShop, InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Twinmotion a plus).
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent Client Facing Experience.
- Good drawn, written and verbal communication and organisation skills.
- Fluency in German a plus.
Salary and benefits package will be commensurate with experience and the nature of this role. No sponsorship will be offered.
