Infotechtion is looking for a Technical Project Manager – Microsoft Purview & Compliance Services.

About the Role

We’re seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead high-impact, compliance-focused projects within our services team. The TPM will drive end-to-end delivery of initiatives centered around Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Machine Learning Platform (MPIP), Microsoft Copilot, and Records Management. This role is a critical contributor to delivering secure, automated, and compliant digital environments for several projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional technical projects with a focus on data governance, security, and compliance.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
  • Own project plans, including timelines, budgets, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, compliance officers, and security specialists.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to data protection and information governance standards.
  • Implement AI-powered productivity tools and automation strategies.
  • Manage sensitivity labels and auto-classification to protect sensitive information.
  • Maintain transparent stakeholder communication and provide executive updates.

Technical Skills & Experience Required

  • Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Purview and its data governance capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience implementing DLP policies within Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Proficiency with MPIP and Microsoft Copilot for intelligent automation and workflow enhancement.
  • Strong understanding of Records Management, retention policies, and lifecycle frameworks.
  • Experience managing sensitivity labels and information classification protocols.
  • Solid grasp of Azure, Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center, and Power Platform.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
