An exciting opportunity has arisen for a flexible, agile and results-driven candidate to oversee the global consumer brands we manage through Amazon. Our ideal candidate will be proactive in their approach, with a strategic growth mindset, passionate about delivering best-in-class results and relationships.

Role Responsibilities

  • Increase sales to Amazon Marketplace for our consumer products brands
  • Increase listing equity for key brands on the Amazon UK & EU Marketplaces
  • Maintain, monitor and improve account health across UK/EU Seller Central accounts
  • Be able to pitch to prospects and clients, in order to secure new business
  • Build strong relationships with senior contacts at our global Marketplace brands
  • Build relationships with key Amazon contacts, with strong focus on long-term value
  • Understand all Amazon Marketplace processes, including latest updates, TOS, SLAs and promotional tools, and effectively communicate to the Marketplace team
  • Develop and track metrics to measure process efficiency, effectiveness & productivity
  • Work closely with content management, digital marketing, business development and other key internal Amazon stakeholders to ensure all products and detail pages are fully represented, in order to drive higher conversion rates and sales
  • Oversee order processing through SAP to maintain on-time fulfilment metrics
  • Oversee customer service with all Amazon-related queries and buyer messaging, including maintaining five-star seller feedback rating across Marketplaces
  • Manage order lead-times through SAP and Seller central
  • Work with Project Managers to ensure all rebate and price support is loaded

  • Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; the ability to dive deep, utilising hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
  • Collaborate regularly with our in-house Amazon, fulfilment, operations and management teams in order to influence Marketplace roadmap decisions
  • Strong commercial and financial awareness of the ecommerce landscape
  • Ability to multi-task, while maintaining high accuracy and attention-to-detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to think clearly, problem-solve and influence others.
  • Customer-centric approach is essential, including the ability to present and convey topics both in person, over the phone, and through concise document writing
  • A tenacious growth mindset, with the ability to think strategically and thrive in a fast-paced and fluid environment
  • A demonstrable bias for action and an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with workflow management systems to track and assign tasks for cross-team collaboration, successful planning and execution
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as cross-team to deliver on KPIs and targets
  • Flexibility, agility and a willingness to wear many hats
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously while defining and delivering priorities amidst ambiguity

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Proven ability to add value to and secure key wins for a Marketplace business
  • Hands-on working knowledge of Amazon Marketplace
  • Demonstrated strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data for critical decision-making
  • Expert use of MS Office, and advanced Excel proficiency required
  • Amazon API knowledge and skills preferred
  • Global business experience
  • Knowledge or interest in IT / consumer electronics beneficial

Personal Attributes:

  • Candidate must be available to travel to Amazon, CMS’ and client offices, when required
