They are a fast-growing, nationwide network of RICS-qualified professionals, offering the opportunity to work autonomously while delivering expert built environment services. Operating across England, Scotland, and Wales, their consultants support a diverse client base, including landlords, developers, insurers, financial institutions, and legal professionals. As part of their dynamic team of Chartered Surveyors, Valuers, Building Engineers, and Environmental Health Practitioners, you\’ll have the freedom to shape your career while contributing to a wide range of technical and consultancy projects across the public and private sectors.
They anticipate you will be involved in the following instructions:
- Expert witness
- Specific defect inspections
- Structural assessments
- New build monitoring
- Dilapidation services
- Schedules of condition
- License to alter
- Party wall matters

The successful candidate will have:
- Degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)
- MRICS/FRICS
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Experience
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent and accurate report writing skills
- Good technical writing and communication skills (both internal and external)
- Strong numeracy skills
- Ability to foster relationships with professionals of all levels
- Well-organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage their time
