Excellent opportunity to join a service solutions business as a Service Coordinator. You will be the main point of contact for the field-based engineers and will carry out the following:

  • Main point of contact for customers
  • Work within the scheduling team allocating works for the engineers
  • Escalate any complaints from customers
  • Log reactive calls
  • Monitor engineers' attendances alongside SLA
