Supply Chain Manager

Bettervits is a fast growing consumer brand specialising in health and wellness products. We operate multiple brands across the USA and UK, leveraging co-manufacturers, third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses, and major third-party marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart. Our mission is to provide high-quality, innovative products that enhance the lives of our customers.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory management, logistics operations, and supplier relationships. This is a high-impact role requiring strategic thinking, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations across multiple regions and brands.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain optimal inventory levels across all channels and locations, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing waste.
• Logistics Coordination: Manage relationships with co-manufacturers, 3PL warehouses, and shipping partners to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Marketplace Operations: Collaborate with e-commerce teams to streamline supply chain processes for marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and other third-party platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data-driven insights to forecast demand, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and marketplace standards.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team to support our global operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain management in the e-commerce or consumer goods industry.
• Expertise in inventory management, logistics coordination, and supplier relationship management.
• Familiarity with third-party marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart, including FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in supply chain software and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage operations across multiple regions (USA and UK).
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
