The Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or experienced Residential / Commercial Conveyancer.
- Ideally newly qualified / PQE 1 – 3.
- Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently.
- Proficiency in conveyancing and legal management software is an advantage.

The Responsibilities
As a Residential / Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor, you will:
- Title Searches: Conduct detailed title investigations for commercial and residential properties.
- Drafting and Reviewing Documents: Prepare and review contracts, leases, deeds, and agreements for both commercial and residential transactions.
- Due Diligence: Perform due diligence on properties, identifying potential risks and advising clients on solutions.
- Client Advisory Services: Provide expert legal advice, guiding clients through property transactions.
- Transaction Management: Oversee the full transaction process, ensuring timely and compliant completion.
- Legal Research: Stay updated on property law developments and apply insights to support your cases.
- Collaboration: Work closely with estate agents, surveyors, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Land Registry Applications: Submit and manage Land Registry applications for property registrations.
- Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve disputes related to property matters through negotiation or legal action.
- Compliance: Ensure full adherence to laws, regulations, and professional standards.
