Are you a Property lawyer looking for a role which offers 3 days a week working from home? Our client is an established but small high street practice based in Burgess Hill West Sussex looking for a Residential Property lawyer to take over an existing caseload acting for Sussex and Surrey based clients. You will be dealing with residential sales/purchases, re-mortgages, equity transfers, RTBs, shared ownerships and new build sales. Any additional experience with residential lease extensions or commercial property sales/transfers or L&T work would be advantageous. A great opportunity to join this relaxed village practice which is offering flexibility around working hours and the chance to work remotely from home 2-3 days per week. You must be IT literate and have experience with case management systems as there is limited secretarial support. Part-time or reduced working hours will also be considered.
