Location: Ipswich / Colchester, with travel to other offices

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Co-ordinator to support the L&D Manager, in the implementation of our vast range of learning initiatives. The role will be incredibly varied, busy and fast paced, primarily responsible for the co-ordinating of all of our training, development and wellbeing programmes, supporting our Trainee, Apprentice and other Education schemes as well as managing the utilisation of our various learning platforms and subscriptions to ensure value for money. The successful candidate will proactively target the promotion of training initiatives by regularly visiting our different sites, interacting and engaging with colleagues from across the Firm and monitoring personal development plans as part of our performance management process. They will assist in the pulling together of training courses, materials and liaising with trainers. Experience within a professional services environment would be desirable.
