Job Description:
This Glasgow Law Firm is currently seeking a Lawyer to join its highly regarded Dispute Resolution Team on a full-time basis. The purpose of the role is to manage a broad caseload of diverse civil litigation matters from start to finish with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate can expect to be involved in a variety of dispute cases including contract disputes, commercial landlord & tenants, professional negligence and property disputes. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in some criminal defence work.
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 2 years’ PQE and above with a strong background in general litigation; previous experience of handling highly sensitive and complex matters is desirable. Exposure to the Sheriff Court and/or First Tier Tribunals is also desirable.
