Job Description
Position Purpose
Key role in the analysis, interpretation, reporting and payment of third party participation obligations to talent, financiers and licensors both in the UK and internationally. This individual will be a key member of the team providing leadership and expertise to maximise productivity, while ensuring quality throughout the entire process.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for participations, reporting third party obligations to talent, financiers and licensors.
- Perform analysis of participation contracts and statements.
- Work with FCA/Contract setup team to ensure correct title reporting & adherence of contractual requirements.
- Audit System results to ensure accuracy and compliance to contractual terms and obligations and send inquiries to the business units regarding discrepancies.
- Support line manager in maintaining key relationships both internal (with UPCG, Focus and other stakeholders) and external (talent, financiers, broadcasters, etc).
- Collaborate and work with residual and participation reporting teams in London and LA.
- Compliance on all royalty reporting.

- Advanced knowledge of Excel.

- Strong analytical & flexible mindset & a proactive approach to problem solving.
