Senior AV Engineer (On-Site – Corporate) Mon-Friday, Central London Up to £55k + strong benefits Lorien’s client, a successful and growing professional services firm, are currently recruiting a Senior AV Engineer to work on-site at their office in central London. The company holds their AV facilities and team with high regards as it is a key strategy for their business to create a strong impression and deliver exceptional service within their industry. As a result, they are investing heavily in the most cutting edge of meeting room and event/conferencing technologies and are looking for a Senior AV Engineer who is passionate about all forms of AV technology to join their team. Responsibilities: Management and Coordination of all AV requirements. Setting up and operating AV equipment for events. Troubleshooting and completing break-fix for technical issues across meeting rooms and event technology. Training and guiding junior members of the team Collaborate with IT and other teams within the business to integrate their AV technology within the company’s infrastructure. Keep up to date with current and future AV technologies, advising on opportunities to improve and being a source of knowledge for senior stakeholders (IT/AV Project Lead, Director of Technology, Tech Support Manager). Role requirements: Strong experience managing AV for live events/conferencing including hybrid events using MS Teams within a corporate environment. Skilled, and holding certifications in various AV technologies including Dante, Q-SYS, Crestron control/Simpl/VXT, Microsoft 700, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft 700, Epiphan Pearl. Good communication skills, delivering a white glove experience and exhibiting effective stakeholder management in high pressure situations.
