Role Description

This role is for a Senior Workshop Operations Manager at Toyota Material Handling UK reporting directly to the Director – Rental & Used Equipment. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, QHSE, managing engineering & logistics teams, process management, implementing efficiency improvements & delivering Customer First through sustainable Customer Success. The location will be at our UK Fleet Management Centre, Old Dalby, Leicestershire.

• Demonstration of excellent engineering skills within the Materials Handling Industry
• Operations Management, Team Leadership, and Process Analysis skills
• Experience in implementing efficiency improvements and managing operational teams
• Project Management and Strategic Planning skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
• Experience within the materials handling industry is essential
