About the Commercial Business:

This leading commercial business is evolving into a technology-driven organization. To support this transformation, we are seeking a Culture Expert to lead and embed a culture of innovation, adaptability, and technology adoption in alignment with our strategic objectives.

Role Overview:

As a Culture Expert , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the corporate culture by developing and implementing strategies that foster innovation and cross-functional collaboration. You will ensure that leadership and employees embrace and drive cultural transformation to align with the organization\’s long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess the 18-month action plan proposed by the consultant from a cultural perspective.
  2. Provide expert insights and recommendations to integrate cultural change initiatives into the plan.
  3. Develop tailored strategies to eliminate cultural barriers and drive alignment with corporate values.
  4. Design and implement leadership programs that equip executives and managers with the skills to drive cultural transformation.
  5. Conduct coaching and training sessions to help leaders effectively communicate and embody the change.
  6. Develop and execute communication strategies to engage employees in the transformation journey.
  7. Establish dialogue and feedback mechanisms to foster participation and address concerns.
  8. Drive initiatives to promote collaboration across departments, breaking down silos and fostering knowledge-sharing.
  9. Encourage teamwork on technology-driven projects to enhance integration and innovation.
  10. Oversee the execution of the cultural transformation action plan.
  11. Provide support to project teams and ensure initiatives are aligned with strategic objectives.
  12. Assist in day-to-day operational activities related to cultural transformation.
  13. Develop and conduct training sessions for culture and engagement teams to enhance their capabilities.
  14. Facilitate knowledge transfer workshops (minimum of 4 sessions) to equip internal teams with sustainable transformation skills.
  15. Analyze existing departmental plans related to engagement and cultural transformation.
  16. Offer recommendations to enhance alignment with the overall culture strategy.
  17. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track cultural transformation progress.
  18. Conduct surveys, focus groups, and other assessment tools to monitor cultural shifts and employee perceptions.
  19. Provide mid-term and final evaluations with recommendations for sustaining the transformation.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Certifications in cultural transformation, such as Barrett Values Centre CTT, Prosci Change Management, Hofstede Insights, SHRM Workplace Culture & Employee Experience, Agile People, or Human Synergistics.
  2. Proven experience in cultural transformation, change management, or organizational development.
  3. Expertise in leadership coaching, employee engagement, and corporate communication.
  4. Strong background in working with technology-driven companies or industries undergoing digital transformation.
  5. Ability to assess and refine strategic action plans for cultural alignment.
  6. Experience in designing and implementing training programs and knowledge transfer sessions.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in using data-driven approaches to assess cultural change.
