Commercial Property Manager

I have been retained by an industry-leading, national property consultancy who are actively looking to grow their commercial PM team. Tney are ideally looking for a PM between surveyor and senior surveyor level. The team acts for a variety of landlord clients managing their office, retail and industrial assets. Responsibilities: * Proactively manage a portfolio of commercial properties * Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and clients * Sustainable Management – To ensure that sustainable management practices are used at all times and new legalisation is adhered to * Budgeting: assist in preparing annual budgets in accordance with service charge procedures and regulations. * Help mentor/guide junior members of the team What you need: * Ideally MRICS qualified * Experience managing office, retail or industrial assets * Experience mentoring graduate suryeors * IT Literate (Microsoft packages) * Experience being client-facing * Experience using TRAMPS (preferred) or similar property management accounting system
