Job Opportunity in Luxury Retail Are you seeking a fantastic opportunity in a fast-growing luxury retail company? In this role, you will ensure the delivery of a high-quality customer experience and become an expert on our products. Your responsibilities will include handling all customer service and operational processes with 100% accuracy and compliance. You will manage customer data and systems, ensuring cases are logged accurately. The position is based in-office from 9:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday. The salary is up to £28,000, with a 10% bonus for the right candidate. To be considered, you should have previous customer service experience.
