Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: Newmarket, Suffolk
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
Position: Permanent, Full-Time
(Monday to Friday Day Shifts)

We are working with an outstanding manufacturing business seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a small, dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to provide leadership, offer training and support, and be part of a long-standing and successful team.

This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in warehouse management or looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Logistics and Project departments to support ongoing projects and ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead the team in maintaining an organised, efficient workspace.
  • Ensure the warehouse is fully prepared for quarterly stocktakes.
  • Oversee stock control and manage stocktake governance.
  • Organise material stockholding and ensure accuracy during stocktakes.
  • Investigate and resolve stock-related issues, ensuring accurate inventory records.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse management is essential.
  • FLT licenses are highly desirable.
  • A proactive, ambitious “can-do” attitude with strong leadership skills.
