Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee multi-plant operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, and cost-effective management of resources while managing a team of high-performing operations leaders and personnel.
  2. Establish and implement safety programs in line with company values and policies.
  3. Responsible for day-to-day management of the business to achieve the budgeted operating profit and working capital targets, focusing on overall operating systems and efficiencies.
  4. Streamline and improve the KPI (Key Performance Indicators) system, focusing on leading indicators.
  5. Develop a plan for the next generation capabilities while recognizing commercial opportunities that align with the company’s strategic plan.
  6. Work with Plant Managers and the Director of Operations to execute and deliver strategic goals and operational excellence.
  7. Lead the improvement and adherence to the Operating Model to ensure standards are met at both site and corporate levels.
  8. Review monthly financial packs to determine progress and status in obtaining objectives and revise plans as necessary in accordance with current conditions to meet overall objectives.
  9. Ensure adequate resources (personnel, materials, equipment, and training) are provided to meet company objectives.
  10. Provide mentoring and guidance to employees.
  11. Promote and institutionalize the Continuous Improvement department through Kaizen to empower team members to collectively solve challenges.
  12. Partner with the New Business Leader to ensure industrialization of new business and develop a plan for future business growth.
  13. Develop and implement a strategy with your team to ensure corporate EHS, Quality, and Sustainability systems are deployed.
  14. Adhere to all Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security Requirements covered under Local, State, and Federal Regulations.
  15. Follow all RC14001 guiding principles, policies, procedures, and other requirements.
  16. Work with the CEO on due diligence of acquisition targets.
  17. Develop and implement a three-year plan in line with company objectives to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization.
