Global Mobility Specialist

Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing and highly successful Global Investment Manager who are looking for a confident and dynamic Global Mobility Specialist to lead their evolving mobility function, based out of the stunning London offices (hybrid working).

This is a newly created, permanent position.

They are looking for an in-house Global Mobility Advisor/Analyst, ideally available immediately, who has strong UK immigration knowledge and experience working closely with the recruitment team, as a big part of the role will be advising them and supporting their extensive recruitment drive across their global offices.

This will be a standalone Global Mobility role, but working very closely as part of the wider London HR team, as well as dealing with HR and managers around the world. Your duties will include:

• Managing global mobility and immigration cases globally, both into and out of the UK, working with external vendors and specialists (Immigration, Tax, etc.) in other countries.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and hiring managers to help and advise them through the mobility process.
• Managing the visa and immigration process for all inbound and outbound assignees.
• Working with the Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams to build and communicate international opportunities to employees.
• Collaborating with external immigration advisers to review applications and ensure immigration compliance.
• Monitoring and coordinating the Global Mobility cases.
• Supporting the mobility activities ensuring global alignment of best practices and policy.
• Ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed and supported.

Ideal candidates will have at least 4-5 years of experience gained in-house as part of a busy Global Mobility team and be highly knowledgeable regarding immigration. Experience gained in a rapidly evolving or “hyper-growth” environment would be highly beneficial.
