Qualified Social Worker – Adults North Locality Team London Borough of Camden are looking to expand their current team with a dedicated Social Worker looking for an opportunity to join a well-structured and organised team. As well as joining a supportive team our client also offers a competitive salary, flexible work times, opportunities to work remotely and a chance to develop your skills. This Adults Locality role will be for an initial 3-6 months with potential for extension subject to internal circumstance and your performance. Responsibilities include: Carrying out initial safeguarding enquiries and s42 enquiries Providing advice to the public, partner agencies and regulated care providers in relation to safeguarding concerns Completing home visits and safeguarding assessments and reports Liaising with other professionals Knowledge of relevant legislation Holding cases Working with people at risk, and people who have caused harm. Attending multidisciplinary meetings Completing referrals to relevant agencies for support Experience preferred: Post qualifying experience of working within an Adults Locality Team or Safeguarding Team. The Team: Well-structured organised team, growing their social worker staffing levels.
