We are currently working closely with one of our clients based in Greenford who are looking to bring onboard an Admin Assistant to support the Asset Manager with day-to-day duties,

They are looking for someone with at least 1 years’ experience within an office.

This role is full-time in the office Monday to Friday with no hybrid/ remote working so please only apply if you are happy to go into the office 5 days a week.

Admin Assistant Duties:

  • Rasing PO’s

  • Managing customer quotes

  • Data Entry

  • Sending emails to suppliers

  • Supporting the Asset Manager
