Job Title: Security Service & Maintenance Engineer Location: Within easy reach of the M25 (Engineers based in Watford, Thurrock & Cambridge would be ideal) Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Service, maintain, and repair security systems including CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms. Conduct routine maintenance and emergency call-outs as scheduled. Diagnose and rectify faults with a focus on minimising system downtime. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Provide excellent customer service, maintaining professional relationships with clients. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used. Requirements: Proven experience in servicing and maintaining security systems, specifically CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms. Familiarity with systems such as C-cure, Genetec, Gallagher and Lenel is preferable but not essential. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills. Valid UK driver’s license. Flexible to be on a call-out rota (1 in 12 weeks), with compensation of £400 per week on call and £100 per call-out. Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience.
