This is an exciting 1-year fixed-term contract covering maternity leave at a successful property investment, development, and asset management company based in the West End. This varied role requires a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to manage the day-to-day office operations and be the first point of contact for visitors and guests.

Office Manager / Front of House – What will I be doing?

  • Front of House Management – Running reception, setting up/closing meeting rooms, and welcoming visitors.

  • Staff Travel & Logistics – Assisting with travel arrangements and handling post and deliveries.

  • Diary Management – Supporting the Managing Director with scheduling and administrative tasks.

  • Managing company contracts – ensure contracts are filed and that information is up to date and referring any renewals to the Finance Director.

  • Health & Safety – Acting as a first aider and fire marshal, ensuring relevant training is completed.

  • Stock & Facilities – Managing office and catering supplies.

  • Strong administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office including senior-level diary management.

  • Excellent prioritisation skills and high attention to detail.

  • Previous front-of-house or office management experience in a corporate environment.

  • Confident, personable, and proactive with a can-do attitude.
