We are potentially looking to support a very large London-based organisation to find several Interim Workforce Planning Managers to support a huge people change programme.
As part of a budget reduction initiative, you will support different business areas in looking at both workforce and resource planning and rolling out new structures in each of those areas.
To be considered, you need to have extensive experience in leading Workforce Planning on a large scale for a complex organisation – ideally in the public sector.
The likelihood is that this will go on for at least 6 months and is being paid at a rate of £450-£550 per day.
You will need to be on site in Central London a couple of days a week with the rest remotely.
