An established, independent Construction Consultancy in Bromley is looking for a driven Quantity Surveying Director to take on a leadership role , drive business growth , and play a key part in the firm’s long–term success.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the current Equity Director , with a clear route to Equity and directorship succession .
The Quantity Surveying Director Role
As the incoming Quantity Surveying Director , you will:
- Work closely with the Equity Director , gaining valuable insights into key client relationships and project history.
- Lead and grow the Quantity Surveying team , supporting their development and expanding the firm’s capabilities.
- Play a key role in business development , securing new commissions, introducing new clients, and growing existing client portfolios .
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of projects across Commercial Fit–Out, Residential, Heritage, Healthcare, Education, Extra Care, Leisure, Retail, and Industrial .
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Quantity Surveyors, Employer’s Agents, CDM & Principal Designers, and Bank & Fund Monitoring specialists .
This role is perfect for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor or Associate Director with strong business development experience or existing Director looking for a step up, more autonomy, and a genuine opportunity to progress to Equity Director .
The Quantity Surveying Director Requirements
The incoming Director will have:
- A strong Quantity Surveying background, operating at senior level, within a UK Consultancy
- Excellent pre and post contract experience
- Ideally MRICS
- Previous experience in team management
- Previous experience in winning work, business development and ideally clients / leads to introduce to the business

The company is happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but is looking to offer:
- £90,000 – £110,000
