Shop Manager – Crediton, EX17 3LQ
Full time – 35 hours per week, 5 days out of 7
Rate of pay – £12.50 per hour
We are seeking a talented shop manager to lead the team and ensure the smooth operation of the Hospiscare shop in Crediton. As the shop manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating a positive and engaging environment for customers and team members alike.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability.
- Supporting team members through the provision of coaching and development.
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment.
You will have proven experience in retail management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, alongside strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
