Job Description:
Are you a tech savvy Business Analyst with finance experience and a good knowledge of Salesforce? You could be progressing your career at a SaaS FinTech; their capital market tools are used by Investment Banks and independent research providers to automate and analyse client service and research consumption, presenting a complete overview of the client relationship made available via the Cloud.
As a Technical Business Analyst within the Professional Services team you will focus on client implementations of Salesforce based products; partnering with the client to understand their business needs via running workshops (either remotely or at client site) and using demos to flesh out requirements. You’ll work with internal software development and client success teams, producing technical documentation and investigating technical feasibility as well as working with clients during implementation and assisting with configuration of client solutions.
Location / WFH: You’ll join the team in the London office 2-3 days a week or be on client site, please note there are occasional travel requirements to the Nordic region and US.
About you:
- You have strong technical Business Analyst, Project Management or Implementation Consultant experience within a capital markets / financial services environment
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to facilitate communication via workshops, produce technical documentation and provide training
- You are skilled at forming strong client relationships and have advanced stakeholder management skills
- You have a good knowledge of Salesforce including technical configuration experience
- Likely to be degree educated in a technical discipline
