What We Do…

We’re people who love technology but know that hoteliers just want things to be simple. So since 2006 we’ve been constantly innovating our world-leading hotel commerce platform to help accommodation owners find and book more guests online – quickly and simply.

We’ve helped everyone from boutique hotels to big chains, enabling travellers to book igloos, cabins, castles, holiday parks, campsites, pubs, resorts, Airbnbs, and everything in between.

And today, we’re the world’s leading open hotel commerce platform, supporting 44,500 hotels in 150 countries – with over 100 million reservations processed by SiteMinder’s technology every year.

About the Product Marketing Manager role…

As a Product Marketing Manager you will be integral to driving the growth of the system and responsible for the go-to-market (GTM) activities for new and existing product features and solutions across APAC, EMEA, and AMERS.

Your focus, in close collaboration with the Product, Marketing and Enablement functions, will be to improve product usage and feature uptake. You’ll assist in equipping our marketing and customer-facing teams with messaging, positioning, market insights and GTM strategies.

You’ll lead and manage product launches, where you also own the core messaging, positioning and work closely with enablement, customer communication and marketing resources to develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand and optimise buying and user journeys.

You are a natural leader that can bring together resources across multiple functions to work towards a common goal. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, strong writing and presentation skills, and the ability to grasp and translate complex and technical capabilities into clear customer benefits, is crucial.

What you\’ll do…

  • Develop the core value proposition, messaging pillars and GTM strategies to support product releases across the SiteMinder product portfolio.
  • Own product positioning and messaging that differentiates SiteMinder in the market and support the development of assets like brochures, videos and web content in collaboration with the wider marketing function.
  • Conduct research and competitor analysis when necessary to assist with product positioning and messaging.
  • Lead the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  • Work closely with sales enablement to help communicate the product value proposition to internal teams and help develop tools that support the selling and onboarding process.
  • Work in conjunction with content and design leads to complete comprehensive user interface reviews.

What you have…

  • Product marketing or marketing experience (SaaS and eCommerce strongly preferred).
  • Very strong written and spoken communication skills in English with proven experience presenting to stakeholders.
  • The ability to understand complex concepts and articulate them into easy to understand customer-focused storylines and pitches to increase engagement and understanding.
  • Experience of working with and managing multiple resources and senior stakeholders.
  • Self-driven and highly structured – able to motivate stakeholders and get buy-in to initiatives you’re directing.
  • Thrives in an environment where you juggle multiple projects and initiatives at the same time.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work across timezones to ensure optimum collaboration with global teams.
  • Hospitality technology experience is preferred but not essential.
  • You are curious, open to change and development and have a high learning agility.

Please note, this is a maternity cover role with a 12-month contract.
