You will oversee the daily operations during the assigned shift, ensuring smooth workflow, adherence to procedures, and compliance with company policies. Providing guidance, support, and direction to team members, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting teamwork. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations.

  • Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and job responsibilities. Implement ongoing training programs to enhance team members’ skills and knowledge.

  • Ensure excellent customer service delivery by monitoring service levels, addressing customer inquiries or complaints, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

  • Maintain quality standards by conducting regular inspections, ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and cleanliness protocols, and taking corrective actions as needed.

  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing waste and loss.

  • Prepare shift schedules, allocate tasks effectively, and manage staffing requirements to meet operational demands while adhering to labour regulations.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, incidents, and other relevant information. Generate reports for management as required.

  • Enforce health and safety guidelines, conduct safety checks, and ensure that all team members follow safety protocols and regulations.

  • Address operational issues promptly, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex matters to higher management when necessary.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations during their designated shift. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional leadership skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction., * Relevant certification or degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and POS software.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • A proactive approach and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.

  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.

  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in using relevant computer applications and software.
