An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Personal Assistant to support a UHNWI in all aspects of their corporate and private lives. Based out of a prestigious Central London Family Office, this role calls for a polished, discreet and proactive individual with a proven track record supporting at C-Suite and/or Family Office level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seamless management of complex private calendars, travel arrangements and personal commitments
  • Liaising with high-end service providers, private jet operators and exclusive venues globally
  • Acting as gatekeeper and first point of contact for all private matters
  • Managing high-value purchases, personal finances and private events
  • Coordinating household staff and private appointments, ensuring absolute discretion at all times
  • Proactive problem-solving, anticipating the principal's needs ahead of time
  • Manage ad-hoc projects, research and special requests as required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience supporting UHNWI(s) in both private and corporate contexts
  • Background within Family Office environments and/or at C-Suite level (with extensive personal/private support experience)
  • An exceptional "little black book" of contacts including the best restaurants, hotels, concierge services and travel providers
  • Impeccable communication skills, diplomacy and a service-first mindset
  • A high level of IT literacy – advanced proficiency across Office 365, Apple & Android systems and modern productivity tools
  • A calm, unflappable manner with the ability to manage pressure and competing priorities
  • A high degree of integrity, discretion and professionalism

  • The role will involve online and offline IT and organisational assessments as part of the selection process
  • The position is based in Central London, with some flexibility required depending on the principal’s schedule and travel needs
