One of the fastest growing executive recruitment companies in London who work within the investment management industry. They are a boutique agency that has been established for over 20 years and have an incredible client base of leading city institutions and blue chip organisations.
What You Will be Doing
You will be joining a recruitment rotational scheme where you have the chance to rotate around 3 recruitment teams – investments, distribution, and product. See how they work, the types of clients they work with, or where you feel most at home.
You will be completing the full 360 recruitment cycle all the way from winning new client opportunities to negotiating offers. You will get the opportunity to build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates, writing job adverts and working towards KPIs.
