North Dublin: 3 – 4 days onsite Global Manufacturing Giant €65k – €75k base + health + pension Our global manufacturing client has a new opportunity here for an IT Project Manager to join their newly forming PMO team. As an IT Project Manager you will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of key strategic IT projects across ERP, Infrastructure, Security and Digital. You will be responsible for managing projects from end to end to ensure that they are successfully delivered on time and on budget. Other Responsibilities include: Communicate & present project health and progress to key stakeholders through insightful and accurate reporting. Manage vendors as members of the team to ensure flawless execution of project tasks. Identify and flag any risks to the critical path and/or budget and identify mitigating actions or escalating to the project owner as required. Learn from every project and identify improvements to ways of working. Support the Project Management Office to ensure the PMO delivers value for the business Your experience? 5 – 8 years experience in a project management role Experience project managing IT projects (eg. Infrastructure, ERP, Software) Proven experience driving big cross functional initiatives to implementation. Excellent attention to detail and an ability to analyse and interrogate high volumes of data as well as demonstrating an ability to focus on higher level overview. Excellent communication skills enabling effective engagement with a diverse stakeholder group both across the business and externally. Effective and persuasive presentation skills, including the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner to all areas of the business. Proven ability to build trusted relationships and collaborates across multi country, diverse and multi-functional teams to successfully drive business objectives. Formal Project Management qualification (desired).
