Education Recruitment Consultant (and all derivatives) or Branch Manager

Utilize communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, clients, and team members.

Generate leads through various channels to expand the candidate pool.

Utilize ATS to track candidate progress and manage recruitment processes efficiently.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.

Utilize HRIS systems like Workday and PeopleSoft for candidate and client data management.

Leverage social media management tools for recruitment advertising and branding efforts.

Excellent communication skills

Proven experience in lead generation and using ATS

Familiarity with Workday, HRIS, Salesforce, and other HR tools

Strong relationship management abilities

Knowledge of Taleo, PeopleSoft, and social media management

Previous experience in human resources or related field
