Excellent communication skills

Proven experience in lead generation and using ATS

Familiarity with Workday, HRIS, Salesforce, and other HR tools

Strong relationship management abilities

Knowledge of Taleo, PeopleSoft, and social media management

Previous experience in human resources or related field
