The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Guest Experience Manager to play a key leadership role within our Hosted Guest Experience team.
This role requires strategic thinking, confident and assertive negotiation skills, and significant team management experience, including demonstrable experience of improving standards. The successful candidate will work with key stakeholders, using your expertise and knowledge to advise in planning and prioritising guest experience, sales, operations, accessibility, safety, and security. You will work with the existing team to upskill and embed expected standards, including improved monitoring and reporting. Using guest feedback and analysis to implement change and make improvements is essential. Additionally, you will review and implement new strategies for recruitment, training, and staff retention, developing specialist skills including sales techniques.
It is a very exciting time in The National Gallery’s history, celebrating NG200 and the reopening of the Sainsbury Wing in May.
