They specialise in recruiting for Primary, Secondary, Further Education, and Special Educational Needs (SEN) settings, supporting schools with high-quality staff across leadership, teaching, support, and administrative roles. Additionally, they have a strong presence in South Africa, creating opportunities for candidates from South Africa or those with an education background to apply.
As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in connecting talented education professionals with schools in need of quality staffing solutions. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and vetting candidates to liaising with schools and securing placements. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for education and recruitment to develop their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and education professionals
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess suitability for roles
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to placement
- Provide tailored support to candidates, including interview preparation and career guidance
- Work closely with schools to understand their staffing needs and offer effective recruitment solutions
- Ensure all compliance and safeguarding checks are completed to the highest standards
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets through proactive business development and client engagement
About You:
- Previous experience in education recruitment, general recruitment, or sales is desirable
- A passion for the education sector and making a difference in schools
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
