Our client provides training for Senior Leaders running Private Equity funded companies. They are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to cross-analyse multiple customer data points in order to drive operational efficiency.
Using your technical skills, you will be required to analyse key customer data to decipher trends and answer questions around who customers are and how they can be segmented into groups and types.
Responsibilities
- Analyse customer churn rates and engagement levels to align to customer characteristics.
