FE Metcalfe is a truly independent firm of Chartered Accountants. Based in Ripon with 5 Directors, they provide a full range of accounting and tax services to support their individual and business clients across a wide range of market sectors.
As a result of succession planning, they are looking to appoint an Equity Director.
Key duties:
- Take on an existing portfolio of clients in a client-facing advisory capacity.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, aiming to become their trusted advisor on a wide range of issues including accounting, tax, and business planning.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities.
- Drive the office’s growth and strategic direction, identifying opportunities for expansion and development.
- Oversee the delivery of both compliance and advisory projects, ensuring high standards of service and quality are maintained.
- Part of management team planning to deliver business objectives.
- Play a pivotal role in the future development and direction of this successful independent accountancy firm.
- Supporting and developing a strong current team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ACA qualified.
- Proven background as a general practitioner within a small or mid-tier firm.
- Track record of managing varied portfolios and building strong client relationships.
