The Role: The wide-ranging adviser support role working alongside multiple high performing financial advisers working within HNW private wealth advice circles. As a Financial Planning Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

To liaise with product providers, collate policy information and obtain client specific illustrations to support the analysis of data for client asset reviews.

Process new and top up applications for life, pension and investment business.

Obtain valuations of existing holdings and the preparation of client review packs.

Complete any review meeting actions.

Process platform withdrawals, fund switches, benefit crystallisations and other online transactions as necessary.

Work closely with the Technical Analysis team to deliver a seamless, end to end service for Advisers.

Take ownership of ad-hoc projects as directed by the Head of Operations.

Develop good working relationships with product providers, technology suppliers, team members, clients and Advisers.

Maintaining accurate, compliant files.
The Person: You must come from an IFA/wealth management background and have experience of supporting IFA’s/financial advisers in a private wealth focused advice environment. To will:

Hold previous experience of processing personal investments and pensions business

Have experience of managing key client relationships alongside advisers/paraplanners, fielding technical queries as required

Ideally have experience of the Intelliflo system which would be highly advantageous, although training will be given
Salary/Package: £27-28k base DOE
