THE COMPANY

With projects spanning from the Isle of Wight to Scotland, they deliver a service which is second to none, encompassing full operational delivery, production management, and bespoke activations.
They are now looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join their team and lead on the pitching and development of event contracts for new and existing clients!
THE ROLE
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be pitching for and winning event contracts to support the growth of the business, managing a pipeline of clients, handling tender submissions, and generating new leads in the events industry while overseeing their sales team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading on the sales process from start to finish
- Contributing to overall sales strategies
- Generating new event leads
- Pitching for and winning event contracts
- Managing new and existing client relationships
- Motivating and developing the sales team
- Managing a pipeline of clients
- Negotiating with prospects and clients
- Creating risk assessments and commercial deals
- Working closely with the finance and operational departments
