Technical Architect

Social Network: Managing Domain and Active Directory Services.

Responsibilities:

1. Create Design/PDD/TAD for Enterprise architecture Solution.
2. Manage Microsoft Azure Active Directory tenant.
3. Strong knowledge of M365 and Application Integration.
4. Hands-on experience in managing core infrastructure like VMware, Active Directory, McAfee, Symantec, DNS, WINS.
5. Expertise in Entra ID B2B and B2C collaboration.
6. Manage large O365 transformational programs along with hybrid configuration and Identity and Access Management.
7. Work with customers to understand their business/technical requirements and design domain merger solutions.
8. Experience in Agile project delivery, writing stories in JIRA.
9. Own the architecture responsibility (end to end), designing complex on-premises and cloud solutions.
10. Thorough working knowledge of the entire O365 stack and use cases.
11. Resolve technical challenges for on-premises, Cloud, and O365 Stream and be the point of contact for escalations.
12. Conduct regular health checks of the environment, participate in audits, and provide gap analysis reports.
13. Handle severity incidents and be available for on-call support (on ROTA basis).
14. Responsible for the quality of all technical deliverables produced by the team.
15. Assist with and own designs, including writing, amending, reviewing, and publishing.
16. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
17. Work with other infrastructure architects and support teams to design and implement solutions.
18. Utilize expert-level experience and knowledge of Microsoft architecture, M365, and EUC architect.
19. Provide best practice recommendations based on deep experience with core M365 services.
20. Technical experience in Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Server, Azure cloud Identity, AD Connect, ADFS, Security and Compliance, DLP, Azure Information and Threat Protection, Intune, and Microsoft Managed Desktops.
21. Good understanding of Microsoft enterprise services frameworks and practices.
22. Strong on-premises and Cloud integration skills.
23. Hands-on migration experience of Exchange on-premises to Office 365 Azure-hosted solutions.
24. Configure monitoring tools to proactively identify issues within email & messaging systems.
25. Experience in architecting significant infrastructure and Azure cloud solutions.
26. Excellent client/customer relationship management skills at the executive level.
27. Good overall understanding of IT infrastructure design and operations.
28. Experience in developing High-Level and Low-Level Designs to meet customer requirements.
29. Expertise in multiple Operating Systems across modern platforms (Windows 10, Android, iOS, macOS) and associated management tools.
30. Lead technical workshops, decision meetings, and collaborative sessions.
31. Strong understanding of Hybrid Cloud environments, Security, and Compliance.
32. Good knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems (2016, 2019).
33. Provide guidance based on best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
34. Lead teams during major incidents and provide recommendations for recovery.
35. Experience with SAFE/AGILE project delivery.

1. Expert-level experience and knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture.
2. Core O365 Solution Architect with high experience in solution designing.
3. Experience with Microsoft Core Infrastructure services.
4. Strong leadership skills and ability to represent environmental challenges.
5. Facilitate and lead client configuration planning meetings.
6. Establish reputation as a subject matter expert in M365 technology areas.
7. Experience with PowerShell.
8. Excellent Windows 10 experience including Security and Servicing.
9. Knowledge and experience working with AD 2008 (and above), Group policies, SCCM, PowerShell, BitLocker, TPM, and MDT.
10. Certification and experienced architecture.
11. Full end-to-end deployment lifecycle management.
12. Full understanding and management of T-minus process and go/no-go checklists.
