We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team at Futurice. You’d be working with our collaborative, cross-functional product teams to deliver intuitive, impactful and accessible digital solutions. We’d like to bring in someone who will take responsibility for achieving a client’s aims and make sure their experience of a project is as positive as the end result.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing projects from start to finish
- Release planning, estimation, capacity planning and managing project financials
- Planning and helping to implement appropriate design and software development approaches (waterfall, agile etc)
- Support clients with the implementation and adoption of delivery best practices
- Continuous improvement of team ways of working
- Clear communications with team and client, as well as creation of project tracking materials

What we can offer you
- Competitive salary (benchmarked externally and internally for salary fairness): our Senior level banding is £50.000-£80,000 (depending on experience)
- Company pension contribution of 6% (increasing with tenure)

- 25 days of holidays + plus bank holidays and a day off for your birthday too. We offer a long service annual leave scheme of an additional day per year after three years’ unbroken service, up to a maximum of 30 days

- 30min video/telephone call with our People Director
- 1hr interview with 2 people, a developer and a designer
- 1hr interview with 2 directors
