Our client is recruiting an Ecommerce Director based one day per week in their office in the Midlands.
You will be responsible for P&L growth as well as developing strategic plans. You will develop and lead the execution of the B2C omnichannel strategy and devise and implement the retail product and brand strategy. You will define customer journeys and support the retail team. You will lead weekly Trading meetings and share ideas and best practices with colleagues. You will improve and execute strategies with digital marketing, merchandising, operations and digital enhance the customer experience.
To be considered you will have an in-depth understanding of Retail and e-Commerce. You will have a strong understanding of end-to-end eCommerce strategy from UX to CRO to performance to omni-channel integration and be avidly aware of emerging trends and technologies.
