About the Role: We’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and performance-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and execute all marketing efforts. As an early-stage startup, we need someone who can wear multiple hats — run paid ads , design content , and drive user acquisition and brand visibility across all channels. This is not a desk strategist role — it’s for a builder. You will: Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more Launch and manage paid ad campaigns with performance tracking and optimization Design visual assets and social content using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Create and manage engaging posts for LinkedIn and Instagram Analyse campaign data, iterate quickly, and report on key KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV) Shape Servi’s brand voice and visual identity Work closely with the CEO and product team to align growth and product development Hire and manage future marketing/design talent as we grow Requirements: Proven experience with performance marketing (especially Meta and Google Ads) Graphic design skills for social content, paid creatives, and brand assets Ability to work autonomously and execute quickly Startup mindset: resourceful, adaptive, and hands-on Bonus: experience with influencer marketing, partnerships, or SEO Passion for building something from scratch and seeing the impact of your work Compensation: Initial compensation will include equity/employment stock options , with potential to move into a salaried role post-funding round.
