This state-of-the-art facility will provide specialist residential and dementia care for up to 66 residents, setting a new standard for high-quality elderly care in East Sussex. The Ideal Candidate We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic leader with a strong background in residential home management. The ideal candidate will have: * A proven track record in commissioning new homes * In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and local authority processes * Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team * Excellent relationship-building skills within the local community Key Requirements * Passion for delivering high-quality elderly and dementia care * Extensive experience in commissioning and managing care homes * Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures & CQC compliance * Budget management experience What’s in It for You?
