Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership: Support the Headteacher in the overall management of the school.

3. Staff Support: Mentor and support teaching staff, promoting professional development and best practices.
4. Student Achievement: Monitor and enhance student progress and attainment.
5. Parental Engagement: Foster strong relationships with parents and the wider community.
6. Safeguarding: Ensure the safety and well-being of all students, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.
2. Experience: Significant teaching experience in a primary school setting, with a track record of leadership and management.
3. Skills: Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
4. Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of primary education and current educational practices.
